Dr Lisa Martinson graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2000. She has been practicing veterinary medicine in the northern Twin Cities area since that time. She lives in Lino Lakes with her dog Sheldon and Mavis the cat.
When not in the clinic, Dr. Lisa spends time birding, traveling, knitting, and hanging out with friends and family.
After growing up with a veritable zoo of pets in the middle of nowhere (northern Wisconsin), Dr. Lindelof came to Saint Paul to attend Hamline University for a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She immediately fell in love with the city and a bit later fell in love
with Thai food, which is hard to come by back home, and therefore decided to stay in the area. Pursuing her lifelong dream of
becoming a veterinarian, she attended the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated as a Doctor of
Veterinary Medicine in 2018, then went into small animal general practice.
She lives in Minneapolis with her partner, two cats (Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon), two dogs (Edie and Cosmo), and several dozen houseplants. Outside of vet med, Dr. Lindelof loves bouldering, cooking and baking for friends and family, pinupping, and mushroom foraging.
